Here at Westbrook, we pride ourselves in the expanse and intricacy of our daily operations. From our various facilities to our individual processes, we have a company and operation of great interest. To request a tour, email us at tours@westbrookfloral.com.

To qualify for a tour, you must be a recognized group of 15-30 people (i.e. a garden club, association, university or college) and meet the approval of a Westbrook representative. We reserve the right to determine the location and time of the tour. No tours shall be given four weeks prior to a major holiday (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day or Christmas).

Head Office
This facility houses our sales, marketing, and administrative offices. Here you will also see our 120,000 square foot warehouse of home and garden décor and floral supplies, and our 35,000 square foot cut flower and bouquets production area. Our large cut flower cooler, packaging centre and unique photo-room may also be of interest to you. At this facility, you will also be able to see our beautifully designed product showroom.

Shipping Centre
Our 80,000 square foot shipping centre is the logistical hub of the Westbrook Floral Ltd. operation. All products that are sent or received come through this location and are organized and sorted appropriately. This facility is climate controlled to 55°F, ensuring proper pre-cooling and handling temperatures for the crops we grow and ship. We have a fleet of over 45 vehicles delivering our product from this location each day.

The shipping centre also houses our indoor garden manufacturing and production lines. Each indoor garden we sell is hand-made at this location.

Greenhouse Facilities
Plant II, III and IV are our dedicated greenhouse facilities. In our 1.5 million square feet of greenhouses, you will find a vast expanse of flowers and plants as well as automated and hands on operations.
