The department’s strength lies in our dedicated floral buyer, quality assurance inspector, receiver and full-time cut flower staff of seven. The staff’s knowledge base is always expanding through training sessions and grower-direct educational seminars so we’re always finding new ways to improve our products and our service.
Our 10,000-square-foot cooler is temperature controlled to an optimal 38°F and the air is UV-filtered to remove 95% of mold and fungus and 99% of ethylene, resulting in a longer-lasting fresh cut flower.
